Last Day At MARA Selangor

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Today is my last day for my practical here. 

+ Give a speech for the second time after exercise.

+ My supervisor for this internship which is Sir Hanafizah, lecturer from college, had gave a call in order to get some information about my summer placement.

+ Prepare the slide until it complete.

38th Day

• One more days left for my practical at MARA Selangor.
• Call every district in order to get the confirmation for some information.
• Edit the presentation slide.

37th Day

• Write the offer letter for the tenants.
• Type the Perancangan kerja 2013 for every district in Selangor.
• 2 more days left.

36th Day

• Monday assembly at PUSMA hall..give some speech before completed my practical.
• Mdm Jamaliah ask me to send my personal details to Mdm Noraida in order to prepare the certificate.
• Still update the data in Excel until my part was completed.
•  3 more days left.

35th Day

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

• 4 more days left. Next week is my final week of my practical at MARA Selangor.
• Still enter the data into Excel.
• Rehearsal for Majlis Perasmian Ekspo Pengantin Selangor 2013 at 10 a.m. 
• Majlis Perasmian Ekspo Pengantin Selangor 2013 was held at 3 p.m. The occasion was held at the ground floor. It was officiated by DUN Kota Anggerik Coordinator, En. Kamarudin Bin Ahmad. The expo will be held on 22 until 24 February 2013.

• Open the new files for taxes (Cukai Pintu & Cukai Tanah) - classified it by the district.

Day 29

• Make the Adjustment.
• Gave the MC to the Administration unit but forgot to photostat it as the evidence for myself.

25th Day

• Yassin recitation every Friday.
• The Auditor still come to the office to make the last checking.
• Update the tenants details until lunch time.
• After lunch, at 3 p.m, Maulidur Rasul Celebration was held at ground floor level at Anggerik Mall.
• The celebration finished at 5 p.m. After that, there is small banquet for the guest.

23rd Day of Summer Placement

• Double checking for audit.
• 3 more UITM Shah Alam students report on duty for practical at MARA Selangor for 6 months.
• 1 from them, which is Mazliana, were placed at BPI unit. She can help me in order to finish the task given.

Twenty Day At MARA Selangor

• Photostat the receipt of payment for 2 copies.
• The original receipt attach with the form.
• Received Warning Letter for tenants from Kuala Langat district.
