1st Day

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Report on Duty for my very first day of my Summer Placement day at Pejabat MARA Negeri Selangor. The internship will be held for 2 months from 7th January until 28 February 2013.

Anggerik Mall

This company is located at Anggerik Mall, Shah Alam. It's near with Shah Alam Convention Center, SACC Mall, Kompleks PKNS, and Plaza Alam Sentral Shah Alam.

Registered as an internship student at Administration Department, then, Madam Yusinar Bt Mohd Yunus were assigned as my supervisor, she is the Head of Unit for MARA Infrastructure Development Division  or Bahagian Pembangunan Infrastruktur MARA (BPI) at MARA Selangor. 

My activities for today are :-

• Join the assembly at PUSMA (Pusat Usahawan MARA) Hall, doing exercise, sing Negaraku and Amanah Rakyat song. Amanah Rakyat song is the new song for MARA.
• Meet the Timbalan Pengarah MARA Selangor, Mr. Azizan Bin Omm.
• Introduced to Administration staff by Madam Jamaliah.
• Write a letter and print it out.
• Filing the documents, insert letter into the files.
• Do the minutes sheet for every files.
• Photostat letter and memo.
